CANCELLATION POLICY

A $40 non-refundable deposit per service is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total. **HAIR STYLING ADD-ONS ONLY** All hair styling services must be booked alongside an existing makeup appointment at MBYM Studios. Standalone hair appointments are not available. Hair must be freshly washed, completely dry, and free of ALL products prior to your appointment. Hair washing and blow-drying are not included. **Extensions:** Additional $80. Must be provided by the client. A card is required on file and will only be charged for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. In these cases, 50% of the remaining service balance will be charged. Late arrivals are charged $10 for every 10 minutes late. Appointments over 10 minutes late will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Accepted payments: Card on file or Tap to pay.
